Turn the garment inside out when washing and drying. 

Use low temperature or cold wash settings. 

Separate darks and/or colored shirts from whites. 

Use a mild laundry detergent. 

Tumble dry on low or hang to dry.

Shipping and Handling

All of our items are printed on-demand, by hand, to reduce waste. Our current processing time is 10-14 business days. You will receive automated tracking information when your order ships.

You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your package ships, via the email you placed your order with. Please check all inboxes, including your spam folder. Please note that it can take up to three (3) business days for your tracking link to update.

Sometimes scanning takes a few days once packages arrive at the postal office. If your order's tracking information has NOT changed in fifteen (15) business days, please email us at support@musiccitycreative.co.

Some carriers will mark a package as delivered before they actually deliver it. Though unusual, this can happen up to 5 days before an item is actually delivered. You can try contacting the carrier to get better insight into the delay. If you still haven’t received your package after 5 days, and you’ve checked with your neighbors and still don’t have it, please reach out to us at support@musiccitycreative.co and we'll do our best to help.
