Frustratingly, we have been made aware that several bags of orders delivered to USPS on March 1st, 9th, 15th, 21st, and 28th have been lost by USPS. 

Unfortunately, we do not have a way to see every order shipped on these days, so we are unsure about how many people are affected. Customers who believe that their order is included in this allotment should email support@musiccitycreative.co

We are actively trying to solve this problem and apologize for the inconvenience and extra wait that this has caused our customers.  

We are also in contact with USPS to try and solve this issue.
